    One part of America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 is a requirement for certain resiliency plans. What does this mean for water systems? What does it require from providers, and how well have systems been able to adjust to these requirements? Charlene Kormondy, a scientist with EPA's Office of Groundwater and Drinking Water, explains two of the Act's requirements: the Risk and Resilience Assessment and the Emergency Response Plan.
